JDRF AdvocacyTime Magazine called JDRF "one of the nation's most forceful disease advocacy groups" and when it comes to fighting type 1 diabetes, JDRF’s strength lies in our numbers.
JDRF has built a nationwide network of Advocates who are dedicated to finding a cure for type 1 diabetes. JDRF Advocates consist of families, friends and others affected by type 1 diabetes who are working together to build relationships in their communities, provide support to those who are suffering from this disease, and deliver our message – the need for a cure – faster and more effectively.
